More and more companies in Lebanon are moving their operations onto Odoo, and the choice of implementation partner shapes how that goes as much as the software does.
Several Odoo implementation partners operate in Lebanon, and they differ in size, in the sectors they know and in how they work. These are the points to check before you sign with any of them, NavyBits included.
What to check in an Odoo partner in Lebanon
Partner level on odoo.com
Odoo publishes its official partners, their partner level and their customer references on odoo.com. Check the listing yourself instead of relying on what a partner says about itself, and check in which country the partnership applies.
Verified references
References listed on odoo.com are linked to real Odoo projects. Ask for references in your sector and of a similar size to your company, and speak to one or two of them about how the project went and how support works today.
Certified people and who leads the project
Ask how many Odoo-certified consultants and developers the partner has, and on which Odoo versions. Then ask who will lead your project day to day, and whether that person is a senior engineer who knows both the business and the code or a junior consultant learning on your project.
Localization and support after go-live
Lebanese companies need more than the standard chart of accounts, because they keep their books in two currencies and run local payroll and VAT. Ask to see the localization working with real data. Then ask who will train your team after go-live, who answers support requests and how upgrades are handled. Our free go-live check lists the points that most often cause trouble at launch.

What you can check about NavyBits
- Lebanon accounting localization: Our own localization suite, separate from Odoo's standard localization, adapts Odoo to Lebanese practice. It handles dual-currency (USD/LBP) accounting with synchronized books, CNSS payroll and VAT, and it is used by companies across Lebanon and reviewed by their auditors and accountants.
- AI automation and AI code assessment: We use AI to automate repetitive workflows so your team spends less time on them. We also run an assessment of existing code, including code written by AI, for security, best practices, maintainability and production readiness.
- Senior-led delivery: Our team includes 6 Odoo-certified experts, and a senior engineer leads every project. After go-live, we train your team and support your system, including systems built by others.
