Is Odoo strong enough for manufacturing?

For most discrete and batch manufacturers, yes. Odoo covers planning, bills of materials, work orders, quality, maintenance and costing. Where a process is unusual, we build on top of it, as we did for jewelry with Gold Manufacturing.

Can we trace every batch and serial number?

Yes. Lots and serial numbers follow material from receipt through production to delivery, and you can trace forward or backward from any of them.

Can Odoo calculate our real production cost?

Yes. Each manufacturing order collects material, labor and overhead, so you can compare the real cost with the standard cost per product.

We have several factories. Is that a problem?

No. Odoo handles several plants and warehouses in one database, and MEIM already runs that way across several factories.

Can the shop floor work in Arabic?

Yes. Odoo runs in Arabic and English, so operators and managers can each work in their own language.
