Does Odoo have a property management app?
Odoo doesn't have a dedicated property management app. Its standard apps cover much of the work: CRM for buyers and tenants, Subscriptions for recurring rent, Helpdesk or Field Service for maintenance, Sign and Documents for contracts, and accounting. The property-specific parts, such as units, leases and owner statements, we configure or develop for you on top of them.
Can Odoo track the cost of each construction project?
Yes. Each project has its own analytic account and budget, and every purchase, timesheet and subcontractor bill is tagged to it, so you can see budget against actual on any day.
Can we invoice by progress or milestone?
Yes. Invoices can follow the milestones in the contract or the percentage of work completed, from the same project that holds the costs.
Can Odoo rent out equipment?
Yes. The Rental app handles equipment you rent out, with pickup and return dates, availability and invoicing.
Do we need Odoo Enterprise?
For most real estate and construction setups, yes. Subscriptions, Rental, Sign, Documents, Helpdesk and Field Service are Enterprise apps, and project budgets are an Enterprise feature. Projects, purchasing and CRM are available in both editions.
Can it handle contracts in dollars and payments in lira?
Yes. Our own Lebanon localization keeps the books in USD and LBP, with exchange differences, VAT and parallel reporting.
