Odoo Silver Partner in Lebanon · Since 2016
Odoo implementation that fits the way your business actually runs.
We set up Odoo ERP around the way your company already works, so that stock, sales and accounts finally agree. After go-live we stay on to support it and improve it as you grow.

You're probably here because something stopped working.
These are the conversations that land on our calendar, from businesses new to Odoo and from those who tried it before and need it done right.
Your inventory count is never quite right.
Stock adjustments every week, and a warehouse floor that never matches the system. Every reorder ends up based on a number nobody fully believes.
Your team re-enters the same data in five places.
A sale closes in one tool, the CRM is updated in another, the invoice goes out from a third. People are doing work the system should do.
The monthly report is still built by hand.
Someone senior loses days every month pulling numbers from different sources and cleaning them up in Excel, work Odoo could be doing for them.
Your system only works from one desk.
Managers are out in the field and the accountant works from home, while the software sits on one server in the office. Anyone away from that desk is working blind.
From assessment to a system your team runs on its own
Go-live is only the halfway point. We keep training, supporting and improving the system after it.

We're not the right fit for every Odoo project.
Better to know now than three months in, when budgets are spent and momentum is gone.
If none of these sound like you, let's talk.
Thirty minutes is usually enough to tell whether we're a good match.
Book a free 30-minute callYou're shopping for the lowest quote
Our price covers the assessment, the documentation and support after go-live. Projects that skip those are the ones we're later asked to fix.
You want a go-live date before anyone has looked at the work
We set the timeline from the assessment, so the date we give you is one we can keep. A short project is fine when the work really is short and the price is fair.
Your team won't change any of its processes
Odoo works when processes improve with it. Copying the old setup into Odoo costs a lot and usually brings the old problems along with it.
You want standard Odoo and nothing more
If standard Odoo already fits you as it is, a smaller partner will cost you less. We do our best work for businesses that need more than that.
About Odoo projects.
What people usually ask us before the first call.
How much does an Odoo implementation cost?
It depends on your scope: companies, apps, integrations and custom work. Every project starts with an assessment, typically around $3,000, so the proposal that follows has no surprises. After the free call we send you an official quote for your scope, and if you need a smaller assessment, we'll shape one around your budget.
Who will actually work on our project?
A senior engineer leads every project, backed by 6 Odoo-certified experts. Nothing is handed down to juniors, and the people you meet on the first call stay on the work.
How long does it take?
It depends on scope, and the assessment gives you a realistic plan. A small project can go live within a few weeks, while a larger one takes several months.
Can you take over an Odoo system another partner implemented?
Yes. We start with an assessment of your current setup, then fix, improve and maintain it.
Which countries have you implemented Odoo in?
Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Turkey, South Africa and Canada, each with its own accounting, tax and payroll rules. That includes Saudi e-invoicing (ZATCA), Turkish e-invoicing through Nilvera, and a setup that's ready for e-invoicing in the UAE.
Do you support Lebanon's dual currency, CNSS and VAT?
Yes, with our own Lebanon localization suite: books in USD and LBP, CNSS payroll, Lebanese VAT and books kept in step across companies. See the Lebanon localization.
Which Odoo version do you implement?
New projects start on the current version, Odoo 20. If you already run an earlier version, we support it and plan your upgrade when the timing suits you.
Will our customizations survive Odoo upgrades?
Yes, that's how we build them. Every customization is documented and kept under version control, so any competent developer can maintain it after us.
What happens after go-live?
We train your team and stay on for support, upgrades and improvements as your business changes. Our clients stay with us for 4+ years on average.
